In the tradition of Japanese martial arts, "TheVirtualDojo" offers holistic online training for body, mind and soul. The basis is the Japanese martial art of Aikido. With meditation, breathing exercises, body work and movement, you can train your body, sharpen your mind and strengthen your soul.
The courses help
- Strengthen and open your body in different, complementary ways. You improve endurance, balance and flexibility!
- To challenge your mind; help to remain flexible, active and alert. You improve concentration, responsiveness and flexibility!
- Strengthen your soul, create inner peace and serenity. They improve relaxation, create relaxation and let you take a deep breath!
All courses will be held at scheduled times via a zoom video conference.
A n educated trainer shows the movements in every detail, can take corrective action and answer your questions.
